HOW TO ORDER
So you've decided you want a piece of custom jewellery made that is bespoke to you - now what?

Check through my available stones on my story highlights to see what I have in stock for custom work. If you've seen a completed piece that you love, I most likely have something similar so just send me DM with a photo of it.
Once you've found your stone it's time to select your setting, check through my page and send me some screen shots of pieces I've made that you love! I can let you know if your chosen stone will work with that setting or will suggest alternatives.
Please do remain realistic and remember you are purchasing HAND MADE goods, this may sometimes include some creative inclusions :) Though the utmost care is taken to ensure marks are removed some may occasionally remain.
PAYMENT
After you have chosen your stone and setting I will require payment
Unfortunately due to paypal taking such a fee per transaction i am unable to offer payment plans overseas :(
For my UK customers, payment plans are available with a holding fee of £50. Payements can be up to a maximum of 4 - make time is from completion of balance.
Full payment is required to secure your stone and get you into the production queue which is currently around 16 weeks from payment.

Due to recent theft i am in the middle of swapping over my packaging to make them difficult to steal from. Where possible i recycle packaging, parcels are sent in recyclable envelopes/boxes and shipped with anti tarnish pads and cleaning cloths to help keep your jewellery looking pretty
All parcels are sent with Royal mail:
UK customers - parcels are sent next day before one at £7.
Overseas - parcels are sent where possible tracked, signed and insured.
Tracking details are confirmed and sent via DM on Instagram for you to follow.
