Please note all custom items are non refundable.

Your item will be made to your specification within the agreed upon lead time as discussed, pending final or full payment.

Once payment has been received I am unable to swap your stone for another so please make sure you are certain on the one you are ordering.

Sizes are unable to be altered once the item has been completed - please ensure you get this right!

Images and videos will be sent to you upon make completion and sent to you for approval prior to shipping.
